Not sure if this is the right forum myself but I know that if you go on the National Geographic website and look up the email contact for customer service in Europe and email your request there they are pretty quick in replying (usually within 1 week). Do you have a standing subscription which renews itself automatically or do you renew year by year? If the later just let it run out without sending any more payments. I am sure they will strike you off their list pretty quick.

    Best of luck!
