cooking in corn oil

Hey folks, Ive just discovered ive a peanut allergy. So am unable to eat anything cooked in vegetable oil :(. I was wondering if anyone could help me with knowing if ye know any restaurants that cook in corn oil. Im heading down to Cork on the bank holiday weekend and would appreicate any help. Maybe worth asking people here. They tend to be a lot more concerned about ingredients than standard restaurateurs.
