I'm just wondering is there an option to put a password on outlook 2007 as soon as its opened to prevent someone reading and sending my emails?

    Thanks

You can password protect a PST file

If using exchange, and your logon password is the same as your email password then it hands it across so might not be so easy to do

windows screensaver is your best bet

windowskey + L to lock when you are away from the PC
