    right to keep me going during the dark dublin winter months i'm already plotting next summers' festival trips... i wana get feedback from people who've been there & bought the tshirts. currently for 2007/8 considering:
    i ♥ techno, coachella, sónár, exit fest, the rory gallagher festival in ballyshannon & inis fox. i've already been to glasto [4 times], roskilde, sziget, lollapalooza & burning man [3 times]... any other recommendations out there? heard benicassim's a bit sh*te. anyone ever gone to nowhere, allegedly europe's answer to burning man? pukkelpop? eurokeennes? melt? primavera? does love parade still happen in berlin? what about those festivals in+around amsterdam? & that trippy psych-trance festival i heard about on an island off morocco? <does it exist?> so many q.s, im quite the eager beaver. eh that sounds a bit wrong.

    I love Techno is great if you dont mind being around the most mad out of it people in Europe. I even saw lads in wheel chairs making faces. Great night, but totally insane. Sonar is wicked, its in Barcalona and thats enough for me.

    I Love Techno looks absolutely INCREDIBLE. My boyfriend is thinking of heading over and the line up is unbelievable. Id say its almost definitely a must to go to. Sziget this year was pretty cool but ive no idea about next year...are any of the acts for any of these fests even announced yet?

    Pukkelpop is great and cheap as chips too. There is something for everyone there. The dance music set up is great and they always have the best of the best any given year. Ive been twice and loved it. Planning to go back this year. The only downside is the age of some of the people. They can be very young (15, 16) and also a bit subdued at a lot of the gigs.

    and the Belgian crowds are very boring:( they just like to clap;)

    I didnt find that at all.. thought they were good craic at Dour... no messiness though which suited me fine.

    Went clubbing in Barcelona til about 7/8AM and then went onto Anti-Sonar just down the road from Sonar and it was great craic. It goes on over the whole weekend so ys can get some kip then head back the next night or morning, whatever floats your boat. Book a hotel/hostel before you go they're very scarce and I couldn't get anywhere to stay on the 1st night.

    Ditto for Austrian crowds, don't bother with aerodrome festival...
    Love parade in Berlin started to have some problems, people not wanting it to go ahead started trying to reserve the street for the same day as it's always on, and then there was some finance / running cost issues I think. Not sure if it's gone ahead in recent years as it was just starting to get too damn big. I'd definitely recomend it though...
    <edit>
    seems to be on in dortmund next year, hmmm
