Foundation workshop in Belfast/kettlebells

    Just a quick word,I've been asked to coach a one day work shop in the Belfast area on Kettlebells on the 26th of Jan 2008 ( fingers crossed I should be just back,from training in Latvia ) if your interested,the cost is £60 and just drop me a line jason3kings@googlemail.com As the venue ( to be confirmed ) is small,so I have to be carefull with numbers.There will also be one in the Galway area on the 9th of Feb 2008.All the best,the metal never lies.........J

    Any one interested in some kettlebells this Jan,the course was to be at the end but there will be one on the 6th Jan too.I'll have 16kg and 24kg for sale along with a good couple of hours of Kettlebells.........07789465700 is my number.It will start at 13:00hrs and is in Warrenpoint.............all the best J

    Alright for those wanting to shift the metal ? The Galway A.I.K.L.F course will be on the 9th of Feb and will start at 13:00hrs.It will be at Dave Joyces SEAMA camp in Galway,there is also a foundation course on this Sunday at
