Running in Cycle Tracks - why moved?

Why was my post on 'running in cycle tracks' moved from 'Athletics' to Cycling?

The idea was to communicate with the runners the fact that it's illegal.

By moving it to cycling, the messaqe will not reach the intended audience.

Yep, he's a sports Cmod, but he does look after that forum too IIRC.

I suppose moderator decisions are final.

I'll ask a runner friend to raise the matter among the runners in the Athletics forum, since cyclists are barred from there.
