    hi can anyone help me please my sky plus hd model3100 has gone dead no standby light dont know what todo or is there a cure for it pls t

    No lights at all? Hmm, is it plugged in? :D

    Take a similar "Figure 8" power lead from a radio or something and try it.

    I'm not sure if there's a mains fuse within the box itself that might have blown...

    hi thanks for your email yes checked the power lead its ok plus the fuse is also ok it might be a part in the psu it self have you got any info on it or a circuit diagram please.
