Canondale F800 Bike from 2005 that i am thinking of buying. I would be the third owner but I know the second owner never rode it and kept it indoors.

What is the thing worth in good nick? He is looking for 900 and it was 1300 brand new. 900 seems expensive for a third hand bike I would say. I think 700 would be reasonable?

    Any thoughts.

He should be selling for about 650 not worth much maybe 750 if he chances his arm

Thats what i thought. Obviously it depends on the condition as well. I mean if it is heavily used it might be worth less than 650/700.

Exactly but as its nearly 3 years old and parts change so quickly i would say defo €700.00

Think 650-700 would be about right for this bike too.

What size frame is it? Does it have an 8 or 9 speed drive train?

    Thx,
    Neil.

The guy said it is a medium frame and ok for him at 5 foot 10.
8 or 9 speed drive train I am not sure about.

The Lefty fork will probably need a service at this stage - you can use that as a bargaining point.
