Hey not sure if this is the right place to post but just wondering if anyone can tell me is it possible to connect to xbox live if your connected to the net on the college Local area network.

The accomadation is connected to the college server ( In sligo IT if anyone else was/is tried it sort of thing ) Everytime we connect to the net normally we have to enter our student id and password.

Few of us wondering if is it possible. Thanks in advance

I'd imagine they have stuff like that blocked. You were probably asked to sign some kind of acceptable usage policy before you moved in. Check and see if they deny access to games and the like. If they don't, ask the IT department about it?
