Failed Windows Live MSN Installation on new laptop

    help, i was installing windows live messenger on my mothers new laptop, no big deal but the blasted thing didnt install properly and i cant get the fecken thing off. Im not that familar with windows vista but i cant find a way to repair it or uninstall it, it wont come up under programs only recent downloads. help please, my email is [email]email removed[/email], mothers back thursday so need to have it done tomoro

    OP remove your email addy please!

    As for downloads, click the windows icon ( bottom left of the screen ) and click the user name ( top right of the menu that popped up ) then go to doenloads. If the installer is not there go to:

    http://get.live.com/messenger/overview

    and download it.

    When you click it, chose " open " and follow the instructions on screen. This should be all you need to do.
