    Hey All

I am living in Gorey at the moment, and I am trying to get my weight down, watching what I am eating etc.

Does anyone know of any good excercise classes or cardio kickboxing classes or even good gyms or something I could join to get in shape around North Wexford?
I know there is Curves in Gorey, but I have heard some poeple say its not very good...anyone know of any good places?

    Well,

i dont know how good any of these are but as far as in know we have a Blitz gym in the Gorey Business park, old leather factory road, also a martial arts studio out there too. Theres contours on esmonde street, there used to be circuit training in the scouts hall on esmonde st. one time, was a while ago tho. 2 gyms in each hotel, gym in courtown forrest park , also pines hotel Camolin.

Cant think of anymore yet, but your after an alternative way to getting fit and having fun too, try rollerblading.

Better than running, walking or jogging and is much more fun to.

    thanks

    Hiya

I don't know about Rollerblading, its been years since I have tried that I think I would be too ould and stiff lol!

However, I might try the Contours as I heard they were better than curves. Thanks for your reply though :)
