Can anyone tell me who knows their body fat percentage if this calculator is accurate? I done this myself and I'm starting to feel that it's a bit too low or maybe I'm exaggerating. Anyways, would be a lot of help is some could tell yes or no.
    cheers

They are all estimates and are usually skewed so muscular people seem fatter than they are- since it is presuming the wide girth is more fat than muscle.

I come out about 3-4% too low on it.

I got 4%. Which I doubt is right I'd probably say about 6%-10%.

Even the most accurate BF measurements in the world have a standard deviation of about 3%, and most simple ones have a deviation a lot higher.

Plus, BF is not an accurate indication of health/fitness.

Well, Im certainly not muscular. I'm 74KG and I got 16.5% BF hopefully I can reduce that to single digits, back to the gym for me so.
