way to get around youtube being blocked?

hi there,i moved into an apartment for the start of college paid 90 euro for my internetconnection (1mb),unfortunately youtube is blocked by the management so i was wondering is there anyway i can get around this?

Really? That seems rather unfair that the management of the building would be able to block specific sites like that...

Its properly there way of trying to manage the network, its common enough for student/college based accommodation that has shared network access.

You'll probably find that they previous the network being leeched by people and it was almost unusable.

imho if you want your own net access without such blocks be prepared to pay for your very own provider,
