Channel 4 +1 freezing

For some reason on our box channel 4 +1 keeps freezing and going all blocky , does anyone know if it can be tuned in manualy? , or know how to fix it , all other channels seem fine.

Do you have a DECT wireless phone closeby to the Sky box. If yes try turning it off to see if CH4+1 improves. These phones can interfere with SKY.

I was called out to someone having similar problems with c4 and c4+1, dish was perfectly aligned, finally found out that it was a high powered wifi link that was causing it, replaced the cable with proper copper on copper ct100 cable and that solved it.
