    Just like to say well done to the lads from SBG NS that i heard done really well in there fights all that hard training payed off good wins for the club and coaches back on track:D

    From what i here mairt John Donnolly SBG NS won in the 1 st round true ko and dave kelly the same thats all i heard:D any other results

    I had John wrote off against Mark O'Toole, I'm fvcking delighted for him.

    Damn the army for not giving me a days leave :mad:

    Alot wrote him off i see on some of the boards but he trained very hard for the fight :D

    John has far too much power standing for anyone to write him off! I know we certainly didn't underestimate him down in Point Blank, and he certainly did the business. Very well done to all the SBG NS guys and everyone else that fought for us down here last night.

    I have padded and sparred John Donnolly many times and he has very heavy hits, he adapted to MT very easily, I would never write off his stand up skills..a natural!
