I have heard that FAS are starting a course for prospective poker pros....... They are taking over from the ones that have unofficially been running in all 3rd level institutions for the past 30 years, generally without qualifications even though I did manage to get a bit of paper after my 6 year training course in UCC:rolleyes:


The text book definition of a poker pro is "A guy who plays cards who hasn't got a job"

Is a poker professional not some one who makes a living from playing poker, therefore you pretty much have to be making money, otherwise you're just a rich person who plays big buy-in events as a hobbie. Maybe not
