Really, it wasn't photoshopped.
The turn and river cards were both already dealt on the flop, wow

Whats even stranger is the fact that your screen shot has the screen shot file saved on the desktop , now thats weird

On a more serious note, there was a thread about this happening on 2+2 not so long ago about poker Stars, in case anyone is wondering what is worng with the pic the HH has 2 king of clubs one on the flop one on the turn.

Its easy when you don't think a photoshop job through.
The easiest way to fake a file like this would be to take two screen shots of two hands and overlay the files and make sure the matched cards show,
Of course it would be smart to make sure than the first screenshot file doesn't appear in the second shot,
and if it does really be sure not to use the second file as the background

But that could never be the case, would someone really try a photoshop job that poor, I really dont know
