I was 2 seconds away from winning this car on ebay. I met the reserve only to lose by 100 sterling. The guy who won it is from Wicklow and will be bringing it over in the next couple of weeks. I hope to spot it myself. He got it for circa 20k Euro, I think he got a bargain!! I would love to know if someone sees it in the flesh is it worth it?

Not sure if I am relived or upset that I didn't win it.

That's about all it's worth tbh, I've seen plenty at auction this year not even making that kind of money for mint condition ones.

i love e-types though there the less desirable model , still 20k is a bit much.. it better be a minter or id walk away quite angry

That E-type's for sale now for at least 5 years, pity about the glass sunroof, what person in their right mind thought it was a good idea to cut a hole in the roof of a beautiful car like that and fit a tacky sunroof?:rolleyes:

The only way around this would to put a webasto sunroof into it. It would look far better.
