    Hi
Doing a new build here in the west at the moment. Its a 2700 sqft timber framed house(5 beds) in and have got a quote for the plumbing end of things. The plumbing is comprised of supply and fit of the following:

25 radiators and Pegler radiator valves
2 Radiator manifolds c/w thermal heads, room thermostats and timers
    One 225 litre pressuised cylinder
    One Grundfos Booster pump BSCHIE44
2 VTC10 sonnenkraft solar panels and assocaited controllers
1 Ferrolli 35Kw Oil boiler + All associated piping

Installation of sanitary ware( not supply)

    Price including VAT 22000 euro

I would be grateful if anyone could advise on the price level and whether if represents good value for money.

It is easy for you to get the capital cost of all these items ex vat and then work out what the labour is:
I suspect the reason u have not had too many answers is that there are 2 many variables/unknowns?

For example how many bathrooms and what is in them: baths/showers/bidets/ saunas/steamrooms/etc?

are there wall stats in each room?
also 25 rads could cost 15k depending on size make/finish/etc.
The slaor stuff could cost 5k so .....

My quess is that for average kit, the labour is half the entire price in normal circumstances but not in this case; it will be higher
