    Hi, everyone..
Basically im usually a fit person but im always in my comfort zone. Fit enough to get by on the footy team but nothing spectacular. I
got injured over three months ago and am only coming back now. Im eager to push myself to the limits now and reach a fitness level
which I haven't seen since I was 17, im now 23. Im off the smokes five weeks(gave up but its coincidental that im now burstn a gut to get fit)
I've booked in for swimming lessons for ten weeks which is something i have always wanted to do.

Over the last couple of nights i have been out jogging. Its only a twenty minute jog but its tough. Im having serious problems with my lower
back. Soon after I start my lower back is in ribbons. I struggle home and its grand after I have a shower but it was sore again last night. I work in
an office 9-5 and drive alot so i've a feeling this might have something to do with it. Also im running in Dublin on hard surface but surely this should not matter. Im eager to sort this as I don't want to hinder myself in my presuit for fitness

Can anyone shed any light as to why this is happening and what I can do to fix it??

Your best bet is to go to the Dr or physio.

I've had back pain since Mid July, it acted up again and I've been in excrutiating pain. Finally went to my physio yesterday and I have compressed discs in my lumbar spine and my muscles are out of alignment.... basically my back is f***ed and need to sort it.

i'd really advise if it's anything t do with your back do get it checked out!
