    Does anyone know the machine in the weights area...your standing and your chest is up against this board and you put your foot on this pedal and PUSH back slowly and retract slowly....kills the legs...whats that machine called, it's doin my head in! And would anyone know what it's for??

    Also theres another one in the weights area...you're sitting on this lyk chair thing and you put your legs against this board and PUSH back (the chair kinda goes back and up) then you slowly go back in so you're knees are up to your stomach...same question, whats the name of this machine and what is it for??? Cheers... ;)

    Not sure of the first, sounds like some sort of glute (ass) machine, can't say I've seen one.

    Second is a leg press, for working the legs, mostly quads (front part of thigh).

    Maybe she's using whatever machine it is backwards!

    2nd one is a leg press as was mentioned.

    I think you could be right cuz (don't mean to share this with you all) but my ass has been killing me all day lol so I think that could be it....that machines a right killer!

    i think the machine your on about is a single standing leg press for working the glutes
