Ususally the format for ringing any number in any country is:

00 - country acces code - local or mobile code (but you drop a zero if it's the first number) - rest of number number

    so in this case it's....

    00 - 44 (for the U.K.) - 845 - xxxxxxxx

    altogether this equals 0044845xxxxxxxx.

If you wanted to ring say FM104 from england it'd be:

00-353-1-6797104 because our access code is 353

Yeah, tried that but I keep getting a message "we're sorry, but the number you dialled cannot be reached at the moment, please try again later".
Maybe the number is not working...

    any joy so far ?

don't think you can. They'd usually have another number for international dialers. The same way the mobile phone operators here have different customer care numbers for when you're abroad.
What company / service is it? Google them and look for more details.

Hmm, there's a link at the bottom of that page to what looks like the company selling this magazine.

    http://www.rba.es/holding/en/introduction/

They seem to be a Spanish crowd.

There's a "contact us" part on there, but it's in Spanish.

Do you know anyone in the UK? Maybe they could ring for you?

Aren't 0845 numbers a 'SkypeIn' Number? So it should work with Skype right? Never used it though:)
