Looking for the name of a book, help please!

    I am looking for the name of a book(and also the writer!). The name of both escapes me, the book is about a scottish cannabis importer, who was since convicted and released. He was apparently the main importer of cannabis to the UK for years back in the 80's. He is quite famous and has also written a second book in the last year. Any help or suggestions would be great! :)

    Howard is his name not sure if it's his first or second name though.

    Wait, the OP said the author was Scottish. Marks was Welsh, maybe there was another importer who no one knew about. Howard McHamish mebe? No?

    O apologies maybe he is from Wales, I remember he had an interview on RTE with Darragh o Brian last year, and I recalled the accent was noticable. Howard Marks is the name I'm looking for. Thanks all!:)

    Howard Marks is class... The appearance on the Panel should be available online, at rte.ie .

    Mr Nice is pretty good... I have Senor Nice too and it's not as good, although I only read a bit of it.

    Don't bother with the book. Absolute rubbish.

    Summary:
