customs seizure

Hey guys, Just wondering if anyone has had a gun seized by customs,i had an MP40 ordered from www.uncompany.com,it got held by customs last week. does anybody know if its possible to get it back?:(

there's a lot of stuff in the last week or two being seized, seems to be mainly anything that was handled by ups...
