    Hey

Basicaly one of my mates has a laptop.

    Sony Vaio. Xp, 512ram

Never been used for the internet(i think). But Norton is screwing it up. When I start the pc im getting a fatal error-kernel32.dll.

Then a norton 2005 box pops up and will only let me exit it. I cant open control panel, task manager or the norton folder in program files.

    Help

    Cheers

Any programme that prevents you from going to safe mode should be avoid at all costs. Norton is a steaming pile, is there a more agressive programme on the market.

Does anyone know which registry values you have to delete to remove it fully. Everytime i search i get loads of garble from Symantic and i wouldn't believe a word they say as they make Norton.
