Yup, but Claude isn't his real name. He called himself Claude Rains after the actor who played the invisible man. I don't think we've heard his real name yet. Hopefully he'll be back soon.

The actor who plays invisible man 'Claude' is played by acclaimed British character actor Christopher Eccleston. In his first proper scene with Peter, Claude exclaims "Fantastic!" - which is the catchphrase of his incarnation of the Doctor in Doctor Who. (Well, it pleased this uber geek).

Given the hints of Claude's past (of training other heroes, and protecting a superhuman from Bennet and the company), there's definitely more of this character to come. And I could swear reading somewhere Eccleston's signed for the second season anyway.
