Anybody got any opinions on the qe2?
I think Ramonti is the most likely winner and im not sure if the ascot course will suit Darjina.
I have to say i was impressed with Duke of Marmalades run behind Dylan Thomas in the Irish champions stakes.I think he is good value at 10-1. I would have preferred to see Johnny Murtagh on him as i dont think Kinane is the jockey he once was, however i think he has a great each way shout at the very least.

    Anybody else got any taughts?

Can't see why Darjina won't win again.

Excellent art for me, Darjina is the one to beat though

"Hello, are you there God? It's me, Jamie Spencer..."

Didn't give his horse the best chance in fairness, did he...

Quick, slightly off topic (but not completely), question... Just watching today's Ascot racing here - Ray Cochrane and that tall chap were reviewing y'days QE2...

They point out, quite openly, the respective pacemakers of Coolmore and Gadolphin... Now, watching the race yesterday, the dog's in the street know who the pacemakers are and who they're pacemaking for - although ironically Kinane wound up making the pace for the enemy...

My question is, isn't pacemaking technically illegal? Or is it just so regular and common now that it's accepted by all and sundry...

dont know about technically, but obrien does it all the time quite openly. he did it today at ascot in the cumberland and the horse was generally known to be a pacemaker for the other obrien horse.
