Maybe theres a new forum about fireside equipment and they felt the need to make the distinction.

Also could someone fix it that one can traverse to the 'Poker Tournaments & Events' sub-forum from within an open thread in the main poker forum?. It saves having to click back into the main poker forum from an open thread and then clicking into the 'Poker Tournaments & Events' sub-forum.

    In short

    boards.ie > Games > Poker

    to

    boards.ie > Games > Poker > Tournaments & Events

    FTW

Also i have the poker forum saved as my homepage i.e

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=416

but if i click on this it just shows the homepage unrefreshed so i sometimes miss new posts. I have to go to Games and Poker to get the up to date homepage. Nitpicking i know (where did that saying come for btw) but its annoying sometimes

Wait, too many questions in one thread!

    1. The banner thing is new, I dunno what it is. Someone activated it today I am guessing. "Card Game" was the forum description of the forum since the start and all forums are showing their descriptions at the top of posts/threadlists. Be calm, the world is not ending.

    2. If you want to go directly to PT&E then subscribe to it (on the forum page) and it will show in your Subbed dropdown...

    3. If you want a page to be refreshed with the latest, hold Shift and F5 and it will force a refresh. Since you are the only one who seems to have this problem, I suspect there is a nasty cache between you and us (an office?). Thats your problem.

    DeV.
