Reducing a 250mb MPEG

Hi all, How can I go about reducing the file size of a 200mb MPEG video? I've tried windows movie maker but it crashes as soon as I try to import the file. Any ideas?

Nope. You can choose what phone you have and it will convert it to work on that phone which is really cool.
