Thanks, but i cant seem to find anything about the specifics of cash game rules. Couple of players want to start at my weekly game and i know the cash table rules differ from regular tourney poker.

you can straddle from anywhere, you can leave any time you want, you don't have to turn your cards over if you are all in, you have to tip the dealer, wads of $100 bills play but no other money does. I think that's it.

if you know the rules of tournament poker you should be fine. the only differences are the blinds stay the same all the time, you can buy in for any amount you want, leave whenever you want, and bold aggressive play will be rewarded.

if you want some sort of guideline for recreational players maybe you should play .25/.50 cent blinds and buy in for 50 euro. if anyone tries to shortstack, stab them.

somewhat like a saddle except a saddle gives you a nice smooth ride, a straddle can tear your bollocks off if you're not careful

yes. It's usually a bet of double the big blind, placed before the player who makes it sees his cards. Action begins at the player to his left. Once the action gets back to the straddler, he has the option to raise. You will find a full definition at the first link I posted.
