Anyone know anything about these guys or has anyone purchased anything from them. They seem to have some very good offers - for example the XBOX360 and 4 controllers and 10 Games for 220.

    Or the N95 8GB for 280

    Thanks for the help

    DODGY - STAY WELL AWAY!

    From here : http://resources.alibaba.com/topic/203518/Cheap_PS_.htm

"Everything about this company is fake. From the website registrant, contact numbers, in fact the address on the website is also fake. Lazio isn't a province in Italy its a geographic region that takes in several provinces in Italy.

Lets talk about the website registrant address. It happens to be the business address of a Garbage collection business, then the contact number leads you to yet another name. Its a broken trail of false details. Which no company seeking legitimate business would take"

    Scameriffic Batman!

Curious to see if it was Western Union payment, I decided to order an iPhone. Completely unsecured checkout process, you get to payments and the only method accepted is TNT Third Party Payment System (which is an escrow that doesn't really exist from what I can tell) and the shipment is sent with TNT Express (again, a non existant company). I'm waiting on my confirmation mail now with details of where to send the money. I wonder how far I'll get with a fake receipt that I'm going to make up.

TNT Express is a ligit company allright and they also operate a system where you can pay them direct at the door for the package when they deliver.

If the company are looking for the cash in advance though then its definately not the same TNT payment system.

TNT also have an advisory up on their website mentioning that a lot of scammers like to use TNT as their chosen alleged delivery merchant.

I was reading this scam and it listed Express TNT as the courier.

The third party payment system listed on that shop site isn't a COD service though, it claims that TNT will be the escrow service, which TNT don't do. I've had no reply from the shop yet either so I guess they can't be bothered to scam me for a measly iPhone.

Yeah thats just the standard fake escrow service scam.

Getting pretty common, although it does require at least a rudimentary knowledge of website design so its not as common as the fake draft one yet.

TNT definately don't do web based escrow, they only offer a service where they collect the cash when they deliver the goods.

Wouldn't touch them with a very big pole to be honest.
