iPod to speakers with no radio

I bought a rare car, a Nissan Pao, quite recently. It doesn't have a stereo or speakers and I want to play some music in my car.

That being said, I don't want a radio or CD player. All I require is a way to play my iPod through the speakers, directly.

I assume some sort of amp is needed, but I don't really know where to start with this.

    Any thoughts?

Well you'll need to start with speakers...

The easiest option would probably be to install speakers and a car radio with auxillary in.

Cool car. I'd say Stark's probably right.

You'll need an amp for sure - any 2 channel amp car amp will do. Most car stereo installers will have these or you could try eBay and the like. You will need to install a switch between the remote connection and 12V+DC. It'll be relatively simple to wire up.

getting an amplifier is not the cheapest route as is going to be expensive to fit, requiring amplifier leads (about 40.00 euro) and they aren't easy to fit either, while getting a cd/mp3 player like Panasonic (about 140.00 euor) will allow you to play your portables player using a jack-plug available on the ront panel.
