Does anyone care to share how this is calculated? I'm a bit braindead when it comes to things like this and just wondering if it tells you how good/bad/lucky/unlucky that you're running.

For the basis of the following scenarios, its headsup, both players have $100, i have J10 and i win every hand.

I raised to $10 preflop and get called in 1 spot.

    JdJ10h
    AsAc

Flop is Jx5x3x - i'm roughly 19% to win the hand
We get another $90 each in on the flop

Flop is Jx10x3x - i'm roughly 70% to win the hand
We get another $90 each in on the flop

Flop is Jx5x3x - bet 20, call 20..turn is Jx now i'm 95% to win the hand
We get another $70 each in on the turn

How would sklansky bucks be measured for each hand? Thanks

AFAIK it's measured when 2 players get all in with cards left to come. So here can only calculate them on the turn if ye're all in

We're all in on the flop in hands 1 and 2 and allin on the turn in hand 3

    Sorry I'm half asleep

Slansky bucks are just the amount you win in the long run on that bet. Ignore previous bets.

    So:

    Hand one
    You're risking 90 to win 110. Slansky bucks = 0.19*110 - 0.81*90 = -52

    Hand two
    You're risking 90 to win 110. Slansky bucks = 0.7*110 - 0.3*90 = +50

    Hand three
    You're risking 70 to win 130(ignore money gone in on flop). Slansky bucks = 0.95*130 - 0.05*70 = +120

    (0.19 x 110) - (0.81 x 90) = -52

So you lose $52 in Sklansky bucks.

We get another $90 each in on the flop

    (0.7 x 110) - (0.3 x 90) = 50

So you win $50 in Sklansky bucks.

    This is for the turn:

    (0.95 x 130) - (0.05 x 70) = 120

So you win $120 in Sklansky bucks.

Edit: corrected .71 to .7 in the second example.
