    Well folks,

    Just wondering if someone could help. I'm living in a flat in Clontarf and looking to have broadband put in. I was gonna go with NTL because i already have the tell with them but appearantly technology hasnt advanced far enough for NTL put broadband in my area. I was gonna get there Max package. I really want great broadband, any suggestions?
