    Hello,

I'm planning to create offshore company and hire few developers from third world countries.

The question would be about problems that can accure. Is there anything in law that don't allow this? How do I offically register offshore developer? What is best money trasfer way to them (Western Union takes 10% or so)?

I know, I should go to lawer and I will do so, but I just want to hear some ideas about problems to be ready borehand.

    Thank you!

First, you will need to decide in what country you are going to set up your offshore company. Then you need to determine the legal & taxation requirements & obligations that your company will be subject to in the location you choose. You may also need to seek taxation advice in your country of residence.

I'd imagine that if you contacted the embassies or local trade missions of your target countries that they may be able to assist you. Be sure to present your ideas in the correct manner so that you don't come across as a scheming little grubber who wants to circumvent taxation laws & make a pile of cash by exploiting hard-working, but poorly-paid third world developers.
