Wedding Flowers

My sister has booked her wedding for next Aug 4th which is the Bank Holiday Monday. She is concerned that florists would not be open on the day and that her flowers wouldn't be fresh. Anyone got any ideas or been in the same boat? We're in the Dublin area and the wedding in out Lucan direction.
