So how did everyone find it? I thought it was ok..... apart from the fire alarm going off in the middle of it that is  Anyone else really surprised to see liability for fire getting a whole question??? I'd say anyone that tried to cut out too much was in big trouble. Roll on Company :(

Liability for Fire was a pisser of a question.

Q1 was on defamation or so I thought but then I got half way through it and began to wonder if VPR were liable for something. Can someone help me out?

I thought to be honest the whole paper wasnt that nice. I thought Trespass to Land and Nuisance in one paper a bit annoying! Defective premises came up which was to be expected.

defamation question - i didn't see anything that they could be liable for. argued for perhaps justification if the fish wasn't fresh and a possibility of the article being fair comment.

though the rodger/matthew question was designed to trick people

putting nuisance on instead of rylands wasn't that nice, as was a whole question on fire.

overall it was a bit of a messy paper.

did occupiers, defamation, limitations, intentional infliction of suffering and res ipsa

Ugh, bit of a disaster for me today. I suppose I didn't really put in enough effort to pass it though. Not gonna make the same mistake with Company though. (I hope)

Chin up Besty. I am sure you did fine.

Stay focussed for the others. Remember take time to read questions and all will be well. Tort is one of those areas that people generally feel awful about.

    Good luck!

Thanks Tom. You never know, I have a nack of pulling rabbits out of hats in exams (well, college anyway) so hopefully some miracle will occur. I'm prepared for the fail though. I'm alot more confident about company, but constitutional is a bit of a punt too I'm afraid.
