I've a friend coming up this evening who's a rugby nut and I'm wondering where in town would be good to go watch a sporting event?

Mc Keowns or The Central Bar on Clanbrassil Street usually have pretty good atmospheres and decent sized screens. Clanbrassil Hotel either if you can ignore the funny smell thats been lingering since the place was done up.

Yup, Oscars will draw a crowd and Courtneys at the top of Park Street is generally good for the rugby too.
