    Hi,
Don't know if this is in the right place but does anyone know of places that allow bands to do 45 min sets. We play originals and want to get a gig. I know the mezz does one on a monday night. Any other ones about? Would rather not play to just the barman (have done that too many times to mention). If anyone knows of anywhere or even bands looking for support acts let me know.
It'd be our first gig so bit early to be renting out dorans and charging people a fiver in.
Anyway, thanks in advance for any suggestions/ideas.

    Eoin

get in touch with the guys who run simplistic mondays at the mezz , it'll be worth it as the nights are usually quite packed anytime i'm there

Look for bands. Get friendly with them, and ask can you play support for them. PM me if your interested in playing a support set for my band sometime.
