    Dear Sir / Madam

    We're called Milan Panic and we play a nice mix of power-pop and indie rock - with elements of psychedelic rock and chamber pop. We're currently looking to recruit a drummer which will complete our core line-up

    We like an awful lot of stuff but in terms of influences probably think elements of lou reed / sufjan / arcade fire / lali puna / stephen malkmus / kings of con. / m. ward / rem / boo radleys / belle and sebastian / flaming lips. We're aiming for original edgy melody-driven songs which have nice, varied instrumentation

    Ideally you should be good, have some experience, similar'ish tastes, male/female, any nationality, age 26-32 and have a nice mix of laidback'ness and ambition / proffesionalism. Style-wise preferably nothing too over the top - ideally an effective understated style..(i.e. probably more mo tucker than keith moon - although he rocks/rocked)
