I have been having some intermittent (a few times a day) connection issues since I moved house. I am using 4Mb NTL (formerly Telewest) cable broadband and it is fine otherwise.

I'm just wondering if its a latency or connection loss problem and the easiest way of finding that out is to use a nice piece of software. The problem is that there are literally thousands of tools and the majority of them are rubbish/crapware/not free

So, if anyone can suggest a free, vista compatible tool that can show latency over long periods that would be brilliant. tia
