Hello I have a 14 sq/m single room extension to build on to a bungalow. Would be really grateful if anyone could provide links or instruction to building raft for foundation. I have seen a few self-build blogs, but I cannot find any detail. I would be getting an engineer to examine stages. Thanks

Im tempted to lock this as this site is not for specifying anything in relation to building.

I will leave it open if someone wants to debate something but to answer the OP's question - Get an engineer to design and supervise your foundation You appear to under-estimate the importance of this when you are asking for details on a discussion forum.

Details of foundations should be provided by a competent qualified engineer and then only after the site has been physically inspected and soil analyzed etc. We dont do inspections here.
