just got an upgrade from 3 to an E65. couple of problems. the first being absolutely no signal, but the last time i got upgraded this happened for about 3 hours (not sure why this would happen, but anyways...)

got home, tried the wireless wizard, found my router no problem.. but when i went to connect i entered my WEP key and it said invalid. i tried changing the WEP on my router between 128bit and 64 bit to no joy. i am using a passphrase rather than the hex key, anyone got any ideas? should i be using the hex key?

    cheers

I've used WPA and a passphrase without issue. I had a 3com router. Does your router support WPA? Try that?

I have mine setup to connect to a few different networks of varying degrees of security. The WPA network connects fine everytime, but the WEP one has sometimes asked us to reenter the hex key again although I have a feeling that it was to do with me using a different application to open the connection and that thought the network was not setup yet.
