    Don't waste time with DDR3 little benefit to it and too expensive.

    Go with 4GB of DDR-2 from Crucial

    Also unless there is something specific on the PK5-E you don't need the bells and whistles it adds the PK5 will work just fine as a motherboard.

    As for a case with water cooling can't really help you there, this is what I use and it's quite big (server case) with lots of room inside the case.

    I'd switch the E6850 for a Q6600 and the cpu cooler for a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme. I wouldn't go water unless your willing to spend a good bit of time and money on it. Stick with DDR2 for ram too, no need for DDR3 at the moment.
