Misplacing password

    I formatted my laptop and realised I had forgotten my password for portal page, silly I know but I never realised I hadn't it written. So i paid for a new one that didn't work. The registry told me it wasn't their problem and had me fill in a form. Which she then put in a drawer. I have to register by Monday. Are there any steps I can take to get them to hurry up?

    Go into them and refuse to leave until they have your problem sorted

    there was a gang of loud first years behind me in the queue so they were kind of hurrying me out telling me there was nothing they could do for me and that's i'd just have to wait around. They were quite ignorant telling me "And DON'T call our offices, we'll call you". Rude attitudes...

    Right I'll have to go back in then on Friday (I make quite a long journey to come out there).

    If they don't give it to me by Friday should I demand they give me back the 8euro I paid them?
