Radio ear piece

Hi all,

Apologies if I'm hi jacking military for my own needs, but I'd think I'd get a more educated response here than in gadgets.

At the moment I'm working with a bog standard motorola 3 wire ear piece and mic. Its old and the ear piece doesn't sit properly, and I was hoping for suggestions for a new ear piece.

I'd hope for an in ear piece as the bulky over ear pieces are annoying x 10.

Any help appreciated!

Oh and I got the stab vest after, went with a company called safety tec. www.safetytec.ie - next day delivery and fairly happy with the product. 4 of us bought at the once so it worked out as a good deal.
