Jesus, I can't believe the stuff posted here; the woman's mother passed away a couple of months ago and again all there is is crap about her weight (and of course if this was, say, Dick Roche or Brian Cowan, there would not even be a mention of them being fat f*cks.

I thought this was an everything else forum, not a make-any-comments-you-like forum. Shame. If it is true, I hope she recovers quickly, and can get back to trying to sort out the health system in this country.

I know the real reason for this breakdown, and it's a true story. I met Mary Harney once and accidentally insulted her generosity (luckily I was only 10 at the time, but several people needed ressucitation). This is a delayed reaction.

(Met her randomly and we were dolled out freebies - I think my precise comment was "thanks, this is worth about 10c"!)
