PS Copyright Action ?

I've been messing around with adding a copyright text to my images, it's working ok but I have to manually move the text to desired location and then resize the text, based on the size of the image. I've recorded the actions so it uses % points, but that still won't work properly.

So anyone know of an action out there for doing it automatically ? or will I have to go and script it in PS using vb/js ?

    Thanks,
    Muineach

i was trying something similar , and couldn't get ps to include a copyright move in an action , my copywright text is included in a seperate psd file , which i have to drag and drop each time , the only positive is that sometimes a maual move ensures visibility , i.e. on a dark background.

I created a signature brush in PS, which I can write on to any image. You can also resize the text size (brush size) to suit your image.

An example (bottom right corner) -

I know I'm just being lazy, ideally I'd like an action to auto locate (portrait/landscape) and auto scale the font based on the pixel size of the image . Not looking for much :)
