A single GTX is better than a SLI GTS 320 so personally speaking I would forgo that fancy motherboard and RAM sink the savings from getting cheaper alternatives into getting a GTX & the performance of the system will be superior where it matters. With the SLI GTS you will end up spending more money in the long run but if you are still interested then go for the GTS 640 at least as if you are planning on using a very high resolution display with AA/AF the 320MB RAM on the GTS will be a constraint.

    nForce 650 SLI €107
    Corsair TwinX DDR-2 800 2GB €99

As for the PSU any Seasonic M12 600W or Tagan 600W will handle the load.

personaly i would go for the cosair 620hx. Its cables are far neater then the two mentioned above. And will easilly hold 6sata drives and well over 15 ide drives. It is also completly silent, and its made by seasonic for corsair.
