    Hi all,

I've been roped into organising a pub game for charity (don't ask), thanks to some of the fantastic posts here I think I have an idea of the blind structure and all that, I'm going to work it out exactly over the weekend and share my thoughts.

The 1 thing I'm missing is a clock for the Blinds, besides shelling out cash for an actual clock I was thinking of getting software that I can put on my laptop and leave full screen, I was wondering if anyone has an idea of where I can get a free copy of the software that'll do the job for me?

    Thanks in advance

Search for a program called "tournament director".
A fre version is available. It will do clock, blind levels, average stacks, players started, players left etc

thanks Mellor, I found that but I thought you had to pay for it, didn't know there was a free version.

    Much appreciated

Tournament Director is very good... you might have to dig around for the free version (it was free about a year ago, but not now).

Its flexible too.... I've even run a HORSE tournament with it, and it can alternate between blinds, set limits, and handle bring-ins on a level by level basis. Very cool piece of software, and worth the money.

I'll have a root around for it, sounds like a great app, unfortunetly most gambling related sites are blocked here in work (I can't even google for the word poker) so I'll have a look tonight

    http://www.homepokertourney.com/clocks-review.htm

that looks like a page that might be helpful but my recommendation would probably go with:

    http://www.hollywoodpoker.com/green-room/poker-media/poker-tournament-clock.html

It looks like the one CHL's uses which is very nice, plus its free!

    DeV.

    Access Denied (content_filter_denied)

Your request to http://www.hollywoodpoker.com/green-room/poker-media/poker-tournament-clock.html was denied because of its content categorization: "Gambling"

Thanks Devore, I'll use that 1, I'll even say that I asked a range of industry experts and they recommended this 1.
